- In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth the top.
Toasting Pecans
- In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped pecans and brown sugar, stirring until coated and caramelized, about 3-4 minutes.
Assembly
- Pour the warm pecan mixture over the cream cheese spread.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for about 3 days in an airtight container. Can be made a day in advance.
