Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Carefully fold in the diced strawberries.
Baking
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and the cookies are puffy.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
