Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss to coat the asparagus evenly.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the asparagus just before serving.
  3. Optional: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
