Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a pot of boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside—don’t rinse it.
  3. In your favorite baking dish, toss together the cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the block of feta cheese right in the center of the dish.
Baking
  1. Slide your dish into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the tomatoes blister and the feta begins to soften.
Combine and Serve
  1. Remove the dish from the oven and stir, mixing the tomatoes and feta into a creamy sauce.
  2. Add the penne pasta and gently fold everything together.
Garnish
  1. Sprinkle fresh basil on top before serving.
