  • 2 tablespoons honey Can substitute with maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 pieces lamb chops Bone-in or boneless
  • tablespoons Olive oil For cooking

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix pomegranate juice, honey, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Place the lamb chops in the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
Cooking
  1. Heat a generous drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering and hot.
  2. Add the lamb chops without overcrowding the pan. Sear for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
  3. Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and serve lamb chops drizzled with the pomegranate sauce.

Notes

For the best flavor, serve immediately. Garnish with fresh rosemary and pomegranate seeds. Can pair with creamy mashed potatoes or a refreshing salad.
