Cooking
- Heat a generous drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering and hot.
- Add the lamb chops without overcrowding the pan. Sear for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
