Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and bacon bits if using.
  2. Using a spoon or spatula, gently mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  4. Roll the cheeseball until it’s fully coated with the Everything Bagel seasoning.
  5. Wrap the cheeseball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
