- Microwave the flour in 20-second intervals until it reaches 165℉, about 40-60 seconds, or bake in a 350℉ oven for 3-5 minutes.
- In a standing mixer or a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add the heated flour, vanilla extract, and salt (if necessary). Gradually stir in the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula or spoon.
Notes
