  • 2-4 tbsp milk Helps achieve your desired consistency.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Adds warmth and nostalgia.
  • Pinch salt salt Omit if using salted butter.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Choose semi-sweet or dark chocolate.

Preparation
  1. Microwave the flour in 20-second intervals until it reaches 165℉, about 40-60 seconds, or bake in a 350℉ oven for 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a standing mixer or a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the heated flour, vanilla extract, and salt (if necessary). Gradually stir in the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula or spoon.

Notes

Ensure to heat the flour for safety. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
