Method
Prepare the Rice
- Prepare the Success Boil-in-Bag Jasmine Rice according to package directions and set aside.
Smash the Tuna
- Open the tins of tuna and drain them well, then mash with a fork in a small mixing bowl.
Mix All the Goodies
- Add the mayonnaise, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sriracha to the bowl with the tuna and mix until well combined.
Assemble the Bowls
- Start with a scoop of jasmine rice in each bowl, then pile on the spicy tuna mixture.
Add Toppings
- Top your bowls with chopped cucumbers, edamame, seaweed sheets, and sesame seeds.
Serve and Enjoy!
