Ingredients
  

For the Tuna Mixture
  • 2 cans cans of tuna (5 oz each) Use any flavor—water-packed or oil-packed!
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise A good quality mayo adds creaminess—feel free to use yogurt for a lighter option!
  • 2-3 tsp sriracha Adjust the sriracha according to your spice level preference.
  • 1 tsp sesame oil This nutty oil adds depth and aroma; a little goes a long way!
  • 1 tsp soy sauce Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier twist.
For the Base and Toppings
  • 1 bag Success Boil-in-Bag Jasmine Rice Boil-in-bag makes it super easy! If using fresh rice, ensure it’s fluffy.
  • 1 cup cucumber, chopped The refreshing crunch balances the heat.
  • 1 cup edamame A handful adds a protein punch.

Method
 

Prepare the Rice
  1. Prepare the Success Boil-in-Bag Jasmine Rice according to package directions and set aside.
Smash the Tuna
  1. Open the tins of tuna and drain them well, then mash with a fork in a small mixing bowl.
Mix All the Goodies
  1. Add the mayonnaise, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sriracha to the bowl with the tuna and mix until well combined.
Assemble the Bowls
  1. Start with a scoop of jasmine rice in each bowl, then pile on the spicy tuna mixture.
Add Toppings
  1. Top your bowls with chopped cucumbers, edamame, seaweed sheets, and sesame seeds.
