- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat, around 375°F.
- Add the olive oil to the griddle once it’s hot enough.
Cooking
- Once the oil begins to shimmer, add the beef slices and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and no longer pink in the center.
- Add the minced garlic, sliced bell pepper, onion, broccoli florets, and julienned carrots. Continue stirring frequently for about 4-5 minutes, ensuring the veggies remain tender-crisp while they soften.
- Pour in the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, mixing everything well to ensure even coating.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; let it bubble for another 2 minutes.
- Serve the stir fry over a bed of warm cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
For refrigeration, use an airtight container to store leftovers. They can last for up to 3-4 days. If freezing, let the stir fry cool completely before transferring it to freezer-safe bags or containers.
