Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb beef steak, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper to balance flavors
  • as needed cooked rice or noodles for serving

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat, around 375°F.
  2. Add the olive oil to the griddle once it’s hot enough.
Cooking
  1. Once the oil begins to shimmer, add the beef slices and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and no longer pink in the center.
  2. Add the minced garlic, sliced bell pepper, onion, broccoli florets, and julienned carrots. Continue stirring frequently for about 4-5 minutes, ensuring the veggies remain tender-crisp while they soften.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, mixing everything well to ensure even coating.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste; let it bubble for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve the stir fry over a bed of warm cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

For refrigeration, use an airtight container to store leftovers. They can last for up to 3-4 days. If freezing, let the stir fry cool completely before transferring it to freezer-safe bags or containers.
