Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.

- Add the flour and mix until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
- If desired, fold in walnuts or chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cooling
- Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before slicing.
