Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the olive oil mixture generously over the tilapia fillets.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with roasted potatoes or a salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For freezing, wrap tightly and store for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
