  • 4 fillets tilapia fillets Fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Consider infused olive oil for richer flavor
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Can substitute with smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • as needed Fresh parsley for garnish Adds color and flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the olive oil mixture generously over the tilapia fillets.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with roasted potatoes or a salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For freezing, wrap tightly and store for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
