Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (185°C).
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Assembly
- Place one slice of bread in the air fryer, butter side down, and add the cheese on top.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side up.
Cooking
- Air fry for about 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve.
Notes
For an extra crunchy crust, sprinkle some garlic powder or herbs onto the butter before cooking. Keep an eye on the sandwich as it cooks to avoid burning.
