  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt & black pepper to taste
  • optional spices such as cayenne, Italian seasoning, or smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Toss in a bowl with olive oil and all seasonings until well coated.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange chicken in a single layer in the basket.
  3. Air fry for 8 minutes, flip, then cook for another 6-7 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Let rest for a few minutes before serving with your favorite sides.

Notes

For extra crispiness, add a touch of cornstarch to the spice mix. Avoid overcrowding the basket. Try flavor variations like Cajun, lemon herb, or Asian-style seasoning blends.
