Method
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Add mixed vegetables to the skillet. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until just tender.
- Pour the sauce over the turkey and vegetables. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice or noodles. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Use pre-chopped or frozen vegetables to save time. Adjust sauce sweetness or saltiness to taste. Great for meal prep and leftovers!
