Instructions
Crush the golden sandwich cookies in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs.
In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Fold in the whipped topping.
Combine both mixtures into one large bowl and mix until fully blended.
Layer half the crushed cookies in the bottom of a 9x13 dish. Spread the pudding mixture on top. Finish with the remaining crushed cookies.
Sprinkle green-tinted coconut over the top. Decorate with candy eggs and marshmallows.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
