Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy, approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, incorporating each fully before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Mixing the Dough
- Gradually blend in the dry ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the M&M’s, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles until evenly distributed.
Baking
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving 2 inches of space between cookies.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown and the centers are slightly soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container for 5-7 days. Freeze individually for up to 3 months. You can make the dough in advance and refrigerate or freeze it.
