Ingredients
  

Cookie Base
  • 1 box strawberry cake mix Any brand of strawberry cake mix can be used.
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil Can be substituted with melted butter for a richer flavor.
  • 2 large eggs
Topping
  • 24 Hershey's Kisses chocolate Can be replaced with other chocolates like Rolos or Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.
  2. Remove from the oven and immediately press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  3. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

These cookies are best served warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to three months. For extra flavor, consider adding vanilla extract to the dough and lightly dusting with powdered sugar before serving.
