- Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant and golden.
- Add the assorted vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Stir in the cooked lo mein noodles along with soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Toss until noodles are well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped green onions.
Notes
Don’t overcook the noodles; keep them a little undercooked before adding them to the stir-fry to avoid mushiness. Feel free to prep your veggies in advance for a quicker cooking process.
