  • 1 cup kataifi pastry Shredded phyllo pastry, can be found in Middle Eastern shops.
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries Sliced or whole, based on presentation preference.
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate For the drizzle.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare kataifi pastry according to package instructions and shape it into cups.
  3. Bake the pastry cups until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes.
Assembly
  1. Once the cups have cooled, fill them with fresh strawberries.
  2. Melt dark chocolate and drizzle it over the filled strawberries.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a short period before serving.

Notes

These dessert cups can be made ahead of time, but add the chocolate drizzle just before serving for the best presentation.
