Preparation
- Cut the kataifi into smaller bits.
- Lightly toast the kataifi in a frypan with some butter until it turns golden and crispy.
- Once toasted and cooled, add pistachio paste to the kataifi until the bits look well covered.
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave in short bursts.
Assembly
- Start assembling the cups by layering melted chocolate, strawberries, and the pistachio kataifi in a cup or glass.
- Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the cup.
Notes
Serve the Dubai Strawberry Cups chilled. Garnish with extra strawberries or a drizzle of chocolate on top. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator and enjoy within two days.
