  • 1 oz Apple Cider Use fresh cider for the best flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a shaker, combine the pumpkin spice syrup, vodka, and apple cider. Use a jigger for accuracy.
  2. Shake well until your mixture is nice and frothy.
  3. Strain your mixture into a glass and top gently with prosecco or sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice and enjoy!

Notes

Chill your glass for a refreshing experience. For a sweeter cocktail, add more pumpkin spice syrup. Store pumpkin spice syrup in the fridge for up to two weeks.
