- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix them with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.

Notes
Deviled eggs can be served as appetizers or snacks. Best enjoyed chilled. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
