Cheese Ball Base
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (Softened for easy mixing) Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream (Can substitute with Greek yogurt) Greek yogurt works as a good substitute.
  • 1 cup Medium Cheddar Cheese (Can substitute with sharp cheddar) Adjust cheddar type based on preference.
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning Mix Adjust to taste.
Decorative Ingredients
  • 1 cup Pecans (Can substitute with walnuts or almonds) Used to create the reindeer’s body.
  • 2 pcs Black Olives Serve as eyes.
  • 1 pcs Cherry Tomato Represents the reindeer's nose.
  • 2 pcs Pretzels Function as antlers; use toothpicks for gluten-free.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning mix.
  2. Mix well until everything is fully blended and creamy.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and cover it with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Assembly
  1. Once chilled, take the cheese ball out and place it on a serving plate.
  2. Arrange the pecans around the cheese ball to create the reindeer's body.
  3. Place the black olives on top for the eyes and the cherry tomato for the nose.
  4. Insert the pretzels into the top for antlers.

Notes

Store any leftover cheese ball in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It can last for up to five days. For best results, add reindeer decorations just before serving. Feel free to customize flavors with your favorite herbs or spices.
