Ingredients

For the Truffles
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk Acts as a rich binding agent—gives the truffles a creamy texture.
  • 2 cups Crushed Chocolate Cookies Choose your favorite brand for a personal touch.
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips Perfect for melting and coating—adds sweetness and creaminess.
  • 12 pieces Mini Marshmallows For the snowmen heads.
  • 1 cup Candy Decorations Use colorful sprinkles, chocolate chips, or edible markers for faces.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the crushed chocolate cookies and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  2. Dampen your hands slightly and roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon.
  3. Place the rolled truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes to firm up.
  4. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  5. Once firm, dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated and return them to the baking sheet.
  6. While the coating is soft, decorate with mini marshmallows for heads and add candy decorations for facial features.

Notes

Keep the truffles stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They last about a week but may not last long because they are so delicious! You can freeze them for up to a month. Perfect for festive dessert tables!
