Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the cucumbers and red onion thinly.
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, red onion, and chopped dill.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss to combine.
