Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, ranch dressing mix, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken if desired, and stir to mix with the sauce.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken in the ranch dressing mix for a few hours before cooking. You can also add sliced vegetables for extra nutrition. For a thicker sauce, let it cook uncovered at the end.
