Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix the chicken broth and ranch dressing mix, then pour over the chicken.
- Add the vegetables around the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix everything well before serving.
Notes
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes. Top with fresh herbs or cheese for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for later.
