  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts Boneless or bone-in works beautifully.
  • 1 can Green Beans Make sure to drain them well.
  • 1 package Stuffing Mix Choose your favorite variety: herb, cornbread, or traditional.
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth Low-sodium broth is a great choice.
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning (optional) Garlic powder, onion powder, or a blend you love.
  • to taste seasoning Salt and Pepper Taste as you go to ensure perfect seasoning.

Preparation
  1. Place the Chicken Breasts in the Crockpot.
  2. Pour the Drained Green Beans Over the Chicken.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the Stuffing Mixture with Chicken Broth and optional seasonings until moistened.
  4. Spread the Stuffing Mixture Over the Green Beans and Chicken.
Cooking
  1. Cover and Cook on Low for 6-7 hours.
  2. Season with Salt and Pepper Before Serving.

Notes

Marinate chicken the night before for extra flavor. Avoid overcrowding the crockpot and check for doneness using a thermometer.
