Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the Crock Pot.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and let the sauce thicken if desired.
Serving
- Serve the chicken topped with the sauce and garnish with fresh basil.
Notes
To store leftovers, let the chicken cool completely and place in an airtight container to refrigerate for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in freezer-safe containers for 2-3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.
