  • Air Fryer
  • Oven

Ingredients

Salmon Bites

  • 1 lb salmon fillet skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten

Dipping Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Pat dry the salmon cubes with a paper towel. Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Prepare two bowls: one with the beaten egg and another with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Dip each salmon cube into the egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  • For Pan-Frying: Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Fry salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

  • For Baking: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place coated salmon bites on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
  • For the dipping sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Serve the crispy salmon bites warm with the dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, use crushed nuts or cornflakes instead of panko. Adjust seasonings to taste, and pair with your favorite dipping sauce!
