Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated cheese, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings you’ve chosen. Mix until everything is beautifully blended.
- Spoon small amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, then use the back of a spoon to flatten each dollop into thin circles.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let your chips cool on the baking sheet for a minute before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
These chips are perfect served plain or dipped into guacamole or salsa. They can also be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge or frozen for later enjoyment!
