- Start by placing your frozen chicken breasts into the inner pot of your Instant Pot.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken. Drizzle with olive oil or give them a spritz of cooking spray.
- Pour chicken broth around the chicken.
Cooking
- Secure the lid on your Instant Pot, set the valve to sealing, and select 'Pressure Cook.' Cook on high for about 12 minutes.
- Once the timer goes off, carefully perform a quick release.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C), broil for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
Don’t skip the broth for moisture, be generous with spices, and broil to achieve the right crispiness. Can experiment with seasonings for different flavors.
