  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas Flour tortillas can be used for a softer option.
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning Follow package instructions for adding water.
  • 1/2 cup Enchilada sauce Drizzle on top for added flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and a little water according to package instructions, then mix well.
  3. Warm corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the tacos by placing the beef mixture on a tortilla and topping with shredded cheese.
  2. Drizzle enchilada sauce over the top.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately and enjoy hot.

Notes

For extra crunch, fry the tortillas in a little oil before adding the beef. Feel free to add beans or vegetables to the beef mixture for more nutrition. If you have leftovers, store the beef mixture in an airtight container in the fridge and keep the tortillas separate.
