  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon The warm hug of spice that makes these fritters cozy and inviting.
  • 1/4 cup sugar Sweetness for balance; adjust based on taste preference.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Just a pinch to enhance all those fantastic flavors.
  • 1/2 cup milk Adds moisture and helps bring all the ingredients together.
  • 1 large egg Essential for binding everything together.
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced Recommended varieties include Granny Smith or Honeycrisp for sweetness and texture.
For Air Frying
  • as needed cooking spray or oil To ensure those fritters crisp up beautifully.

  2. Remove the fritters and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Choose a mix of tart and sweet apples for best flavor. These fritters can be stored in the fridge for 2 days or frozen for up to a month. To reheat, use an air fryer for best texture.
