Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook the chicken until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes, until golden.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the frozen ravioli according to package instructions.
  5. Once cooked, drain the ravioli and add it to the skillet with the chicken.
  6. Gently stir everything together, allowing it to heat through for a couple of minutes.
  7. Serve warm, optionally garnished with additional sun-dried tomatoes or parmesan cheese.

Notes

Make sure not to overcrowd the skillet when cooking the chicken for best results. Adjust seasonings to your taste.
