- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook the chicken until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes, until golden.
- Meanwhile, cook the frozen ravioli according to package instructions.
- Once cooked, drain the ravioli and add it to the skillet with the chicken.
- Gently stir everything together, allowing it to heat through for a couple of minutes.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with additional sun-dried tomatoes or parmesan cheese.
Notes
Make sure not to overcrowd the skillet when cooking the chicken for best results. Adjust seasonings to your taste.
