Pasta and Chicken Base
  • 12 oz spaghetti Choose your favorite brand for the perfect curl!
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Leftover rotisserie chicken works well.
Creamy Sauce
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened This is the creamy magic that binds everything together.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz) Adds a rich depth to the sauce.
  • 1 cup sour cream For that velvety texture and tangy zip.
  • 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix A little burst of flavor that makes this dish sing.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Garlic makes everything better!
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper A subtle kick to enhance the flavors.
Cheesy Topping
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided) The golden cheese layer on top is irresistible.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds a classic sharp note.
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled For that crunch and hint of smokiness.
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional) For a pop of color and freshness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti until just al dente, according to package instructions. Drain well and set aside.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in your shredded chicken, 1½ cups of cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and cooked spaghetti.
Baking
  1. Pour the spaghetti mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  2. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  3. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  5. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, sauté some onions or bell peppers to add to the mixture. Adjust spices to your liking. This dish can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
