Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti until just al dente, according to package instructions. Drain well and set aside.
Mixing Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in your shredded chicken, 1½ cups of cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and cooked spaghetti.
Baking
- Pour the spaghetti mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, sauté some onions or bell peppers to add to the mixture. Adjust spices to your liking. This dish can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
