- Once cooked through, remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a plate. Let it rest while preparing the sauce.
- In the same skillet, add the ranch seasoning mix, cream cheese, and chicken broth. Stir vigorously until smooth and velvety.
Cooking
- Nestle the chicken back into the skillet and generously coat it with the creamy sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and let it melt.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Serving
- Serve the creamy ranch chicken on a bed of warm cooked pasta or rice, and finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
