Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear chicken thighs for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Place the chicken thighs back into the skillet with the sauce.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.
Notes
Allow chicken to cool completely before storing. Refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat thoroughly before serving.
