Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Labneh Use high-quality labneh for the best texture.
  • 2 tablespoons Zaatar Adjust the amount to taste.
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil Use good quality olive oil.
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate pearls For garnish.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (like parsley or mint) Chopped for garnish.
  • 1/3 cup Kalamata olives Pitted and sliced.
  • 1/4 cup Sun dried tomatoes Chopped.
Dippers
  • 1 package Crackers For serving.
  • 1 packet Pita Soft and warm.
  • 2 cups Crudites Assorted fresh vegetables for dipping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the labneh with zaatar and a drizzle of olive oil until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and create a swirl in the center.
  3. Drizzle more olive oil on top and garnish with pomegranate pearls, chopped fresh herbs, kalamata olives, and sun dried tomatoes.
  4. Serve with crackers, pita, and crudites for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving and add more olive oil or toppings if desired.
