Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Baking
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be enjoyed warm on its own or with a green salad. It makes for great leftovers and can be reheated easily. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze individual portions for up to 3 months.
