Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving a bit of pasta water.
Sautéing the Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
Adding Garlic
  1. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Mixing in the Creaminess
  1. Lower the heat and stir in the Greek yogurt and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth and creamy.
Combining with Pasta
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. If thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water.
Tasting and Adjusting
  1. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Serving Up
  1. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Cook pasta al dente for best results. You can customize with different cheeses or vegetables.
