- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
