  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
Sauce Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For cooking chicken
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for best flavor
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute.
Making the Sauce
  1. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  2. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.

Combining and Serving
  1. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
