  • 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate (12 oz), thawed
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 piece graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade) Can substitute with cookie or shortbread crust.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the thawed lemonade concentrate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
Serving
  1. Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream and garnished with lemon slices if desired.

Notes

Best enjoyed within one week when stored in the fridge. Can last up to two weeks. For a twist, add a bit of lemon zest for extra flavor.
