- Start by trimming the ends off the Brussels sprouts, then slice them in half.

Combining Ingredients
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with the glaze until they’re well-coated.
- Add the fresh cranberries, and sprinkle in torn sage leaves.
Roasting
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
- Roast in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 30 minutes, or until the sprouts are golden brown.
Serving
- Once roasted to perfection, drizzle a bit more maple syrup if desired, and serve them warm.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the pan for equal roasting. Experiment with spices such as nutmeg or cinnamon. Use high-quality maple syrup for the best flavor.
