Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 12 count Hawaiian rolls Package of rolls
  • 10 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 lb. leftover copycat HoneyBaked Ham or sliced deli ham
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 5 Tbsp unsalted butter Melted
  • 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 2 Tbsp light brown sugar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and lift off the top section. Place the bottom section in the baking pan.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk the cranberry sauce and Dijon mustard together. Spread half of this mixture on the rolls.
  4. Layer with 5 slices of Swiss cheese, followed by a generous amount of ham, and then top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Spread the rest of the cranberry mustard mixture on top of the ham and cheese.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Combine the melted butter with minced onion, poppy seeds, and brown sugar. Pour this mixture over the top of the rolls.
  7. Place the top section of the rolls back on and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

These sliders can be served warm and are great for parties. Best stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and eaten within 2 to 3 days. To reheat, place them in the oven at a low temperature until warmed through.
