  • 12 oz package fresh cranberries Rinse them under cold water and pick out any damaged ones.
  • 1 cup sugar Adjust the amount based on your sweetness preference.
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese Make sure it’s softened beforehand for smooth mixing.
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping Homemade whipped cream can be used.
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk Adds creaminess that ties all the flavors together.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Adds a fun, chewy texture.
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (optional) Can be substituted with walnuts or omitted.

Preparation
  1. Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems or damaged berries. Pulse the cranberries with the sugar in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping, chopped cranberries, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans (if using).
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  5. Serve chilled.

Notes

Use fresh cranberries for best flavor. Adjust sweetness to taste. Make-ahead for up to 5 days in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to a month.
