- Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems or damaged berries. Pulse the cranberries with the sugar in a food processor until finely chopped.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping, chopped cranberries, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans (if using).
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
Use fresh cranberries for best flavor. Adjust sweetness to taste. Make-ahead for up to 5 days in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to a month.
