Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease or line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half, creating smaller triangles.
- Press each triangle into the muffin cups to form a small shell.
Filling
- Spoon in about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling into each shell, then add 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top.
- If you like, sprinkle some chopped pecans or orange zest on top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 11–13 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These bites are best served warm and can be enjoyed as an appetizer or a dessert. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2 to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at a low temperature to restore texture.
