Method
 

Cooking the Tortellini
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Steak
  1. Season the steak generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Searing the Steak
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the seasoned steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter.
