Ingredients
  

Burger Mixture
  • 1.5 lb ground chuck
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix Found near salad dressings.
  • cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Buns and Toppings
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Mustard
  • Mayo (for topping)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a burger patty, pressing a small dimple in the center.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill, grill pan, or skillet over medium heat, approximately 375°F.
  2. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on one side, flip gently, and continue to cook until your desired doneness is reached.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, place the burgers on toasted buns and top with fresh lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo, or your favorite toppings. Enjoy!

Notes
